This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by jilix7 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected from users ("you," "your," or "the Player") who access or use the jilix7 platform, including the website at jilix7.net, any associated mobile applications, and all related services, games, and features.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jilix7 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your jilix7 account, process transactions, and deliver gaming services.

• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services used to confirm your identity and age during account registration and KYC processes.
• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, and partner Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Fraud Prevention & AML Services: Anti-money-laundering screening providers and fraud detection services used to protect the integrity of the jilix7 platform.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies, where disclosure is required by law or court order.
• IT & Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and cybersecurity service providers who process data on jilix7's behalf under strict data processing agreements that require them to maintain confidentiality and comply with RA 10173.

jilix7 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilix7 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved disposal methods.

jilix7 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, enhance your experience, and analyze usage patterns. The types of cookies we use are:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your jilix7 account and security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.

jilix7 will respond to all privacy rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, with notice provided to you. There is no fee for exercising your privacy rights, unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are not satisfied with jilix7's response to your privacy rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

jilix7 is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. jilix7 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If jilix7 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete all personal data collected from that individual, and return any deposits made (minus any bonuses claimed), in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

jilix7 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data in transit between your device and jilix7 servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

While jilix7 takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jilix7 login credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilix7 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, jilix7 will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the jilix7 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the jilix7 platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using jilix7 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
