jilix7 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilix7 platform — including the website at jilix7.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, promotions, and services offered therein — you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the jilix7 platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilix7 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilix7 platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and maintain an account on jilix7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You are accessing jilix7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilix7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilix7 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each individual may hold only one (1) jilix7 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. jilix7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

During KYC verification, you may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilix7 account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions made, and all communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You must:

• Keep your jilix7 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential at all times.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Notify jilix7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all personal information provided to jilix7 is accurate, current, and complete. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

jilix7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. jilix7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized access, identity fraud, or breach of these account security obligations.

All financial transactions on jilix7 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilix7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilix7 aims to process all GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements.

All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. jilix7 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where third-party funding is detected. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

jilix7 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilix7 bears no responsibility.

jilix7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine events and holidays.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified jilix7 accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"), which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jilix7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the jilix7 platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and all other game categories — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

By participating in any jilix7 game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by the house, by bet size, or by any other external factor.
• All bets are final once confirmed. jilix7 will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted and the game round has commenced, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilix7's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. jilix7's decision in such matters is final.
• jilix7 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any other technical issue that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilix7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using jilix7 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the jilix7 platform in a non-human manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling on jilix7.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one jilix7 account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

jilix7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your jilix7 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilix7 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilix7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilix7 content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jilix7 software.
• Use the jilix7 brand name, logo, or any other jilix7 intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilix7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilix7's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or game descriptions published on the jilix7 platform.

jilix7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilix7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilix7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilix7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilix7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

jilix7 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and improving the jilix7 platform.

jilix7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilix7 will notify registered users via email or via a prominent notice on the jilix7 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jilix7 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using jilix7 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the jilix7 website at jilix7.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilix7, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilix7 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

jilix7 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jilix7 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
